The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older. There are three ways to enter the KFC Customer Opinion Sweepstakes:
  1. Telephone Entry: calling from a touch-tone telephone, the toll-free number 1.888.731.4465 and registering your opinions about such restaurants.
  2. Internet Entry: logging on to www.talktokfc.com to register your opinions.
  3. Mobile Entry: texting "kfc" on an Internet-enabled phone to 91318 to receive a link to an Internet survey to register your opinion.
After you enter into the survey, you will be asked to locate the restaurant number on the front of your receipt. It may say "store number," "restaurant number," or "shop number". Enter the number in the space and click "Next" button to continue.

    I'M DRIVE THROUGHT AND WAIT FOR 10 MINS BY THE WINDOW TO PAY FOR CASHIER AND GET THE FOODS THAT I HAD ORDERED. THE WINDOW CASHIER NAME IS ANTONIO-HISPANIC MALE WAS MISTREAT AND IGNORED ME AS THE CUSTOMER WAIT IN MY CAR. ANTONIO DIDN'T ASKING ME TO PAY OR JUST TELL HOW LONG TO WAIT FOR. HE'S THINKS THAT WAS SO FUNNY AND LAUGH, WHILE DIDN'T HANDLE THE TO ME WITH APOLOGIZED. SINCE TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS THERE FOR DINE IN. THE FEMALE CASHIER- HISPANIC WAS OVERWHELMING HER BEHAVIOR TELL ME TO READ THE AMOUNTS WHICH THAT AMOUNTS DIDN'T SHOW ON REGISTER. SHE THEN TOSSED THE CHANGES AND 2 PACKS KETCHUPS INTO THE TRAY AND WALK AWAY. I HAD COMPLAINED TO MANAGER MARCO'S AND DIDN'T FIXED THAT. TODAY I WAS THERE AND THEY TELL THE CASHIER THAT WAS ME COMPLAINED AND MISTREATED ME SECOND TIME.
