Mr. Lube Customer Feedback Analysis
One Mr. Lube customer left a long message. He admitted that Mr. Lube service has no problem, but added that the price is no reasonable. Let's have a look at his experience:
- Mr. Lube doesn't offer reasonable price. Customer Scott Banks said, “I hadn't been to Mr. Lube for a number of years, but, pressed for time, and overdue for an oil change, had my ’98 Honda Civic serviced at store #35 in Brampton. On the plus side, the staff were polite, I got a newspaper and a glass of water, the service was fast, and they didn't screw anything up. However, for $82.17 I should have received a lot more. …I suppose if I had a company car with an expense account, the convenience of Mr. Lube might have some appeal, but I do not feel I got good value for my money and the transmission opinion was a complete fabrication from the 'technician' servicing my car.".
