On the plus side, the staff were polite, I got a newspaper and a glass of water, the service was fast, and they didn't screw anything up. However, for $82.17 I should have received a lot more. …I suppose if I had a company car with an expense account, the convenience of Mr. Lube might have some appeal, but I do not feel I got good value for my money and the transmission opinion was a complete fabrication from the 'technician' servicing my car.".
